Maintenance Technician 2nd shift - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician 2nd shift to work with Bright Skilled in New Albany.

Shift

• Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm

Pay Rates

• 30.00 - 35.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Must have experience performing maintenance on production, manufacturing, or automated equipment
• Must have proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment issues
• Must have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, or equipment diagrams
• Must have basic computer skills and experience using math for measurements, calculations, or maintenance tasks
• Must have the ability to repair small engines, motors, or similar mechanical equipment

Skills Requirements

• Preventive maintenance on equipment or machinery
• Experience diagnosing equipment malfunctions and identifying root causes of failures
• Lockout Tagout (LOTO)

Role

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
