Line Lead

Assembler / Line Lead Provide hands-on assembly, racking, cabling, and cable building while leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsible for production workflow, quality checks, training, and daily coordination. Shift: 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: $20.30/hour Responsibilities Lead and support contractor associates in assembly and cabling. Coordinate assignments to meet production goals. Train new team members; answer production questions. Monitor productivity, safety, and quality throughout shift. Conduct quality audits, inspections, and resolve non-conformances. Assemble and inspect racks and cables; follow detailed instructions. Safely handle heavy materials and operate tools. Maintain organized workspaces and support material handling. Qualifications Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse or production experience. Team leadership and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail; able to follow instructions and diagrams. Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders up to 9 feet. Preferred: Experience leading teams, rack/cabling/data center hardware, inspections, soldering. Resume required for consideration.
