$5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Salary range- $80,000-$83,000

Early Intervention Occupational Therapist: Responsible for coordinating treatment and implementing services for assigned clients (including outreach visits) as a member of a multi-disciplinary Early Childhood Services team. Primary functions include providing outreach services to children and families, consulting with team members in the development of individualized plans and multidisciplinary services for assigned clients, maintaining client records completely and accurately, adhering to professional standards and guidelines, meeting direct service requirements, and conducting visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professionals.
