Senior Contracting Officer
You will serve as the Senior Contracting Officer responsible for the planning, negotiation, placement, and administration of research and development contract acquisition.
You will be responsible for determining the proper instrument for meeting program objectives.
You will prepare thorough and detailed cost analysis in order to establish a sound pre-negotiation position.
You will coordinate, plan, and determine the participation of the other negotiation team members.
You will draft internal instructions and point papers on emerging issues.
You will review business clearances, simplified acquisition memorandums and agreement analysis resulting from all grant and contra actions within the branch.
