Mid-Level Litigation Associate - Medical Malpractice & Professional Liability

Our client is seeking two mid-level litigation associates for its New York office. The practice includes a mix of medical malpractice defense and professional liability matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking for hands-on litigation experience and a clear growth trajectory within a collaborative litigation team. Responsibilities- Manage cases through all phases of litigation
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Conduct depositions and court appearances
- Assist with trial preparation
- Work directly with partners and clients on active litigation matters
- 3-6 years of litigation experience in medical malpractice and/or professional liability
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Admitted in New York
- Generous Benefits Package.

- Robust Associate Bonus Program.
- Junior Litigation Associate

- $15,000 bonus upon reaching 1,900 billable hours
- Hours between 1,900-2,000 paid at $50/hour
- Hours above 2,000 paid at $75/hour
- Bonus structure prorated for mid-year hires
