This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate contracts, clear communication, and a smooth rental experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and organization. What You'll D: Assist customers with equipment rentals, including preparing contracts and explaining fees Process payments, deposits, and credit transactions accurately Manage reservations, maintain contract files, and monitor overdue rentals Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries via email Recommend equipment and products based on customer needs Provide basic equipment operation guidance and assist with occasional yard coordination Maintain a clean, organized showroom and restock merchandise as needed Resolve customer issues and elevate concerns when appropriate Support overall rental operations and perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For: Customer-focused mindset with a strong service approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude with a positive approach Accountability and reliability Commitment to company mission, values, and continuous improvement Work Environment This role is primarily based in an office and showroom setting, with occasional time spent in the yard.
