The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.Fort Worth, TXThis position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM discipline.-Experience in weapons design, development, testing, and integration.-Experience interfacing with DoD Customers and suppliers.Desired Skills-Excellent oral & written communication skills-Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and driving collaboration with cross-functional teams-Experience working in large-scale, high-visibility programs and collaborating with senior stakeholders.-Knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, and electronics-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.-Experience with Project Management methodologies -Experience managing prioritize tasks, and driving program execution.-Experience working with weapon assets.-Experience supporting Flight Test-Experience supporting aircraft and mission system integration test, including the development of test plans.-Experience with Interface Control Documents (ICD)-Experience developing BOE's.-Experience developing Weapons CONOPS-Understanding of FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Root Cause Corrective Action.-Ability to travel domestic and international.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
