The Small Shipping Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while providing in-person order fulfillment support in the warehouse. This role ensures orders are prepared correctly, delivered efficiently, and handled safely, contributing to a positive customer experience and smooth daily operations across departments.

Warehouse Shipping Specialist Position

Our Missouri warehouse has an immediate opening for a full-time, 1st shift position which will include a rotating Saturday work requirement. Salary: $16.00 to $19.00/hour. Benefits eligible. Hours: Full Time. Start Date: ASAP. Location: Springfield, MO.

Successful applicants will have excellent, proven, material handling skills and thrive in a fast-paced working environment. This position requires a high degree of safety, accuracy, and productivity to ensure that our customers receive the excellent customer service they have learned to expect from Grizzly Industrial.

Job Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Picking and delivering orders to customers in the showroom
• Verifying order accuracy
• Loading items in customer vehicles
• Perform miscellaneous projects and work in other departments per company need

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift 70 lbs
• Attention to detail
• Team oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift driving, shipping, receiving, and picking/packing experience preferred but not required.
