This full-time, contract opportunity is open to both certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA). Early career professionals, including Clinical Fellows (CFs), are welcome to apply as we are committed to fostering skill development and collaborative growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Active California SLP or SLPA licensure required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP)
• Willingness to work with elementary (Elm) caseloads
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred though not necessary
• Open to CFs and SLPAs; SLPA supervision checks pending
• Not accepting telepractice (Voco) applicants at this time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to an elementary-aged population
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student success
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress notes, and documentation as required by district policy
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team goals
