This full-time, full-school-year opportunity near Berkeley, CA welcomes both Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) passionate about enhancing educational access for all learners. Candidates will work with an elementary student caseload and collaborate closely with dedicated staff as part of a friendly, supportive team. Both recent Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. Active consideration is being given to supervision for SLPAs.

Qualifications:

• Valid California SLP or SLPA license
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish skills desirable but not required
• Open to recent graduates (CFs) as well as SLPAs
• Commitment to working onsite (teletherapy not offered for this role)
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy and intervention to elementary-aged students
• Evaluate and monitor students’ progress toward educational and communication goals
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to team meetings and case consultations
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student participation and growth
• Engage with parents, teachers, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
