Dishwasher Staten Island FerryHawks Stadium seeks a reliable and hardworking dishwasher to support food service operations at one of Staten Island’s premier sports and entertainment venues. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and prep areas. Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks, such as sorting and storing supplies. Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and dishwashing areas. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs to supervisors. Assist kitchen staff with overall cleanliness during busy events. Operate dishwashing machines and other equipment safely and efficiently. Support setup and breakdown of kitchen and service areas before and after events. Follow all stadium policies and safety procedures. Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general position compliance training. Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co‑workers, and management. Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies. Complete other duties assigned by management. Available to work none‑traditional hours (nights, weekends, and holidays). Qualifications Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items. Team‑oriented, dependable, and punctual. Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Compensation Competitive hourly rate of $19.15 per hour, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) plan. Working Conditions Location: 75 Richmond Ter, Staten Island, NY, 10301. Physical Demands Ability to lift, move, and maneuver at least 25 pounds. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to carry objects and items.
