Position Dishwasher – Hard Rock International Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of glassware, tableware, utensils, pots & pans using machine and manual methods. Keep a clean and sanitized dish area and organized work space. Practice safety and sanitation standards at all times. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Communicate professionally with co‑workers and Front‑of‑the‑House staff. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. In some U.S. states a food safety certification or food handlers card may be required. Remaining calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment. Positive and friendly attitude toward guests and co‑workers. Adherence to Hard Rock’s 5 core values and mission statement. Physical Demands Perform duties that require bending, reaching, and lifting up to 100‑pound containers, dish racks, and trash cans. Stand or move for up to 8+ hours. Turn or twist body parts in a circular motion. Tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud or noisy environment. Additional Requirements Maintain a well‑groomed appearance (“having a plan”). Follow all uniform guidelines. Practice all general safety & sanitation standards. Recycle products whenever possible.
