As an Account Representative for Brian Myers Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed. The ideal candidate will be assertive, confident, and skilled at building relationships to pursue new business aggressively. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications include:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Assertive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
