If you have the soft skills of being well-spoken/written, empathy and emotional intelligence, and can effectively use a computer (Windows) and phone, we'll train you from the ground-up. Get started in a new industry of finance/insurance and build a career for yourself! Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
