You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Assertive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
