This individual aids in day-to-day client communications, internal coordination, and project management tasks while gaining exposure to strategic and regulatory aspects of the agency. EXPERIENCE: 4-year College degree and/or equivalent work experience required Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills LEADERSHIP: Ensures that timekeeping is complete no later than Monday at 10 am (and 10 am on the first day of every month) Not involved in new business pitches CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: Supports 1 internal team with multiple brands Takes detailed meeting notes and drafts client contact report Supports manager with tactical development VEEVA SUBMISSIONS: Opens job codes in Veeva Supports Veeva submissions Attends medical/legal/regulatory review meetings as directed by manager Downloads medical/legal/regulatory review comments and saves in iMeet Reviews routes and notifies senior account team of discrepancies between medical/legal/regulatory comments and markups PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Attend internal kickoff meetings Saves project briefs in iMeet Support manager with project markups and routing Work with Copy/Edit to ensure fact check accuracy and prepare for flawless Veeva submissions Support tactical development as directed by manager Expresses interest in expanding clinical knowledge and understanding NPG Health is an equal opportunity employer and strictly prohibits unlawful discrimination based upon an individual’s race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin/ancestry, age, mental/physical disability, medical condition, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
