Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Description The Kamson Corporation, a top-tier Property Management Company, seeks a Maintenance Technician for our luxury apartment communities in Keyport, NJ. Candidate Required Skills: Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry & painting Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and appliances. HVAC certification is strongly preferred Must be able to assist with snow removal Good verbal and written communication skills and great customer service skills are required Must have own tools, valid NJ driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel between properties A minimum of 3+ years of related experience High school diploma or equivalent is required Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies We offer a competitive salary, pleasant working conditions and a Benefits Package which includes: Medical, Dental, Flexible Spending, 401(k), Disability and Life Insurance Programs.
