Duties and Responsibilities: * Client Reception and Communication - Serve as the first point of contact for individuals visiting or calling the agency by greeting clients, answering phones, providing general information, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff or services * Administrative and Records Management - Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties including processing documents, maintaining accurate electronic records, and ensuring compliance with agency procedures for data entry and document handling * Program Support and Applicant Screening - Assist with benefit program operations by registering applications and supporting caseworkers in the coordination of client services Requirements: Education and Experience: High school diploma supplemented with additional training and related work experience OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Preferred: * Associate's degree preferred with coursework in subjects such as social work, human services, social or behavioral science, business or related field

• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
