Requirements Interest in marketing products based on customer needs. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening). People-oriented and organized. Self-motivated. Ability to obtain Property and Casualty, and Life and Health licenses. Bachelor's degree preferred. This position is with an independent contractor agent, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must complete licensing and training requirements.
