I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the United States Marine Corps and later worked as a State Farm team member. Outside of work, you'll usually find me cheering on sports teams or spending time with my family. Giving back is important to our agency. We proudly support our local food pantry and believe in making a positive impact in the community we serve. I can teach the skills - I just need someone with the right attitude and work ethic. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Ryan Meyer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
