Facilities Maintenance Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Ellisville Rehabilitation and Nursing, located in Ellisville, Missouri. Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and reports from staff and residents
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and supplies
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and laundry, to ensure a clean and safe environment
Perform minor repairs and adjustments, with supervision when necessary
Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
