Senior Account Manager

Our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to support healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across scientific communications and publication projects. This person will manage projects from kickoff through completion, serving as the day-to-day connection between clients and internal creative, editorial, and scientific teams. Hrs/wk : 40+ (Mon-Fri / 8:30am-5pm ET) Location : Fully remote (No CA candidates) Salary : $90-105K DOE Location: Remote Experience: 3+ years Industry: Healthcare / Medical Communications Responsibilities: Manage scientific publication projects including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, slide presentations, and congress deliverables Lead client calls and publication work group meetings Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, invoicing, and end-of-project reconciliation Partner with medical writers, editors, designers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time Build strong client relationships and communicate proactively around timelines, scope changes, and potential roadblocks Ensure projects follow GPP 2022, ICMJE, journal, and congress guidelines Manage freelance and external resources as needed Qualifications: 3+ years of account or project management experience, preferably within medical/healthcare communications Experience managing scientific publications, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, or congress deliverables strongly preferred Pharma/biotech client experience and familiarity with industry guidelines Strong project management, organization, communication, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences background is a plus
