The Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. This role builds relationships with customers and meets or exceeds sales targets. What you'll do: Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs Provide accurate estimates and explain services (remodels, plaster, tile, coping, etc.) Build rapport with clients and provide excellent service throughout the sales cycle Close deals and coordinate smooth handoff to operations team for scheduling and execution Maintain updated records of sales activities in CRM or tracking software and sales forecasts. Stay up-to-date with products, finishes, materials, and pricing trends Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. What we are looking for: Qualifications: To effectively perform the duties for this position, individuals must be able to demonstrate competencies that are essential to the position, which include: High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in Business to consumer sales (construction, home improvement, pool industry sales experience preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to read basic construction plans or learn quickly Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel within assigned territory. Comfortable using tablets, estimating tools, and CRM systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Self-starter with a hunter mentality and follow-through Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Ability to walk job sites, measure pools, and climb in/out of pool shells or backyards Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
