W Design seeks an experienced project manager with 5+ years of experience and the ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision. Must love managing multiple projects at various levels of completion and collaborating with team members of all experience levels. Day-to-Day Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage projects start-to-end from concept to delivery including proposals, client meetings/presentations, timeline and budget creation
• Deliverables handled on schedule and within budget
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and AHJ's to ensure projects meet expectations, follow drawings and specifications

Overview:

• Full-time, on-site, located in Tulsa, OK
• Salary commensurate with experience; Competitive benefits package

Experience:

• Project Management, 5+ years (required)
• Commercial Design
• Technical Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Rendering Software
• Architectural License (preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant program (required)
