Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Location (city, state): Tulsa, Oklahoma

Assignment Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $90,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Our client is a well-established organization seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

The Senior IT Project Manager will oversee IT projects from initial planning through completion, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. This role will help ensure technology projects are completed successfully and align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project roadmaps outlining objectives, milestones, resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage project execution while maintaining control over scope, schedule, and costs.
• Communicate project priorities, updates, and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Identify potential project challenges and implement strategies to reduce risks and delays.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams while promoting accountability.
• Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet established business requirements.
• Track project progress and make adjustments as priorities, timelines, or resources change.
• Maintain organized project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 6+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change control.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is required.
• PMP certification or progress toward a recognized project management certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
