Coordinator, US Integrated Communications (NARS)

The NARS US Integrated Communications Coordinator will support the execution of NARS' earned and paid creator / communications strategy by managing day-to-day operations across influencer marketing, events, seeding, affiliate partnerships, and community engagement. This role is responsible for coordinating key initiatives from concept through execution, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting performance tracking to help drive brand visibility and creator loyalty. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, social media, and creator culture, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities Assist in the organization and logistics for launch events: participate in team ideation sessions, join agency calls, submit requested assets/feedback, invitee identification, and more Ongoing new creator discovery research across various social platforms Support team with creative mailers, from conceptualization through execution and reporting Help with creator content briefs and liaise with cross-functional and external partners Manage influencer/press/MUA restock send-outs – inclusive of sourcing product and packing/shipping or overseeing shipment with external fulfillment center Support team on day-to-day management of ShopMy affiliate platform Liaise with team on community analysis to strengthen brand loyalty Maintain all relevant databases/spreadsheets Manage weekly performance reports, monitoring performance on EMV and community retention Support team with ongoing administrative needs Requirements Bachelor’s Degree Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment Passionate about the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a keen interest in social media, influencer marketing, and staying current on industry and cultural trends.
