Program Manager, Person-Centered Supports & Advocacy

The Arc Prince Goerge's County

The Arc Prince George’s County is seeking a full-time Program Manager to oversee direct support professionals for their assigned homes. This role involves ensuring that all services and supports are person-centered, promoting a culture of advocacy, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will coordinate medical appointments, manage budgets, promote community integration, and oversee the health needs of individuals.
