We're looking for an eager, detail-oriented Entry-Level Machinist to join our Production/Manufacturing team. If you have some hands-on experience with manual or CNC lathes and want to grow your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build a lasting career in manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Set up manual and CNC lathes
- Verify finished parts meet specifications using calipers and micrometers
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and instructions for accurate production
- Load/unload parts and operate multiple machines as needed
- Stay on schedule to complete daily production goals
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work area
What You Bring
- High school diploma/GED; technical program certification a plus
- 1–2 years of experience operating manual and/or CNC lathes
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Comfort using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
