Manufacturing Machinist – Entry Level Mentor, OH | Full-Time $41,000 - $49,000 annually Start Your Machining Career With Us! We're looking for an eager, detail-oriented Entry-Level Machinist to join our Production/Manufacturing team. If you have some hands-on experience with manual or CNC lathes and want to grow your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build a lasting career in manufacturing. What You'll Do Set up manual and CNC lathes Verify finished parts meet specifications using calipers and micrometers Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and instructions for accurate production Load/unload parts and operate multiple machines as needed Stay on schedule to complete daily production goals Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work area What You Bring High school diploma/GED; technical program certification a plus 1–2 years of experience operating manual and/or CNC lathes Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and gauges Ability to read blueprints Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Great communication skills and a team-first attitude Comfort using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Why You'll Love It Here Hands-on training in a high-tech manufacturing environment Close collaboration with experienced production and engineering teams Real opportunity to grow your machining career #J-18808-Ljbffr
