Operations Manager

Most people can patch a wall. We erase it as if it never happened. We are a fast-moving, craft-obsessed team delivering seamless repairs across plaster, stucco, and custom texture matching, and we hold the bar high on every single job, no matter the size. We are looking for an Operations Manager who runs a tight ship and is not afraid to get on the tools when it counts. This is not a behind-the-desk role. You will own the full day-to-day from scheduling and estimating to quality control and team accountability. You will keep jobs moving, people aligned, and standards where they need to be. One day, you are running operations from the office. Next, you are out in the field making sure the work reflects our name. Compensation • Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 • Bonuses • Paid time off Responsibilities: Operations • Schedule and coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple active jobs • Step in as needed in the field to help close out jobs and keep projects on track • Run daily and weekly operations meetings to align team priorities and performance • Write and review estimates to support accurate project scoping and pricing Leadership • Hold internal team members and subcontractors accountable to company standards and core values • Lead by example and reinforce expectations through daily actions and communication Communication • Maintain regular follow-up with customers and business partners • Communicate daily with internal team members and subcontractors to ensure alignment and progress Quality Assurance • Conduct first-hand quality checks on all jobs over $1,000 • Troubleshoot and resolve complex field and operational issues quickly and effectively Compliance and Financial Support • Assist the Office Manager with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes • Support CRM accuracy, job tracking, and operational compliance Other Responsibilities • Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members • Source and onboard subcontractors to expand team capacity • Support business development efforts through networking and relationship building Qualifications: • 3+ years in construction operations, project management, or a similar leadership role • Strong ability to manage people, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with estimating, scheduling, and field coordination • Excellent communication skills with clients, crews, and leadership • Hands-on mindset and willingness to step into the field when needed • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Experience with CRM systems and construction or project management tools is a plus • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000

Compensation:
$85,000-$95,000 per year
