Advocate Location: Memphis – Shelby County, TN Classifications: Part‑time, Hourly (FLSA: Non‑Exempt) Flexibility: Flexible hours, competitive weekly pay and activity reimbursement. Summary of the Position Hourly, part‑time positions serving youth and families throughout Memphis – Shelby County are available. Responsibilities Must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in the community, school, and home settings. Initiate, organize, plan, develop and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families. Develop service plans based on a strength‑based wrap‑around model. Maintain reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage. Qualifications / Requirements A minimum high school diploma or GED. Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources. Males are highly encouraged to apply. Bi‑lingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
