Base pay $165,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr Responsibilities Advise and defend clients in workers' compensation matters for a boutique litigation firm. Manage cases with focus on minimizing exposure and achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Maintain required billable hours and participate in depositions, primarily via Zoom (most work in LA County; local venue assignments). Support NorCal expansion efforts as needed. Work remotely (must be located in the state of California). Qualifications At least one year of experience in Workers’ Compensation Defense. Strong communication and client service skills; ability to work independently in a remote setting.
