Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

• Actively prospect and generate new commercial insurance business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community involvement
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with prospective clients to identify coverage gaps and insurance requirements
• Present and explain complex commercial insurance products including General Liability, Property, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, and specialized coverage options
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotes that address client needs while maintaining profitability standards
• Close sales and achieve established production targets consistently

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients across various industries
• Conduct regular policy reviews and account roundtables to ensure adequate coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities
