Temporary positions are not eligible for benefits. This position is estimated to last approximately 6 months. Communications Meet and greet all customers to the HR office and ensure timely response of inquiries Provide exceptional level of customer service to both internal/external customers Data/Performance Management On occasion, assist in verifying, entering, and maintaining employee data in the computerized database. Audit all terminated files, I9’s, and background check forms per Retention Record Policy. Maintain changes to the on-line directory and outlook address book for department, name, title, or other significant changes. Scan and upload transcripts and other needed documentation to Banner. Onboarding Activities Send State of IL W4s for processing new employees as required by the State. Other Book and schedule rooms for meetings and trainings. Order food and equipment for meetings as needed. Maintain / report office supply inventory needs to Sr. HR Generalist, Contract Specialist Other clerical duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR administrative experience supporting a human resources department. Must have the ability work independently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to team-based management required. Must be highly confidential and be able to maintain sensitive information. Commitment to Catholic higher education and a diverse and inclusive environment is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems required.
