HR Administrator (Bilingual Spanish/English) — Direct Hire | Manufacturing Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay Range: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Location: Naperville, IL
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday Overview

Join a growing manufacturing team as an HR Administrator , where you’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day HR operations running smoothly. In this position, you’ll partner closely with the HR Manager to support onboarding, HR documentation, employee records, and department administration—while also assisting with OSHA, safety, and compliance activities . If you’re detail-oriented, professional with confidential information, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a chance to make an immediate impact.

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Prior HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
• Experience supporting:
  • Employee onboarding and new-hire paperwork
  • Employee records management and HR documentation
  • General clerical and administrative HR support
  • HR projects and daily employee-related activities in partnership with an HR Manager

• Additional experience supporting OSHA, safety, and compliance-related initiatives
• Experience assisting with a variety of HR projects beyond core administration

• HR experience in a manufacturing setting (required)
  

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
