Oncourse Home Solutions in Naperville, IL, is hiring for a Contact Center Sales Agent to sell home warranty and energy-related plans on inbound and outbound calls. This is a fully onsite role with a base pay of $17.25/hour plus a $2/hour premium for Spanish-speaking candidates, plus uncapped commissions. A commission floor supports pay during ramp-up.
