That experience gave me a deep understanding of the business and a clear vision for building an agency rooted in service, consistency, and strong relationships. I attended the University of Missouri, am married, and we just welcomed our first child in February. I’m also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc, which reflects my long-standing commitment to leadership and service. Community involvement is important to me, and I stay actively engaged through my local church, where I serve in marriage ministry leadership, as well as with the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
