About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sales before joining a friend's agency as a team member. I'm a former college athlete, a huge sports fan, and enjoy hunting, fishing, and golfing. Family is my top priority, and my wife and I have one child with another on the way.
Our agency is built around teamwork, relationships, and creating a positive environment where people enjoy coming to work. We've built a close-knit team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have fun along the way. Our agency offers health benefits, licensing reimbursement, quarterly team outings, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. Team members can also earn additional time off or even office closures based on performance because we believe in rewarding hard work.

Role Description: As an Account Associate for Brandon Noe - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
