ABOUT OUR AGENCY::
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, my background was in launching and leading nonprofit organizations, where I developed a passion for building strong teams and making a meaningful impact. I'm a graduate of the University of Maryland, and our office is located just two miles from the home where I grew up, making the opportunity to serve this community especially meaningful to me.

Community involvement remains an important part of who we are. We support organizations and initiatives including the Montgomery County Police Foundation, Winston Churchill High School athletics, and Glen Echo Park.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Bob Willetts - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
