Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of experience; less than 2 years accepted (see position job description for more requirements) 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: ASCP required; all allied positions require state or national certification and/or license 4. License: Must have IL RN license in hand; Must have IL LPN/LVN license in hand; Must have IL CNA license in hand; Nursys required (pulled within last 2 weeks); no license hits allowed 5.
