The role involves providing outpatient rehabilitative services to adults and adolescents, focusing on orthopedic conditions. Job Details:

• Location: Avondale, Arizona
• Schedule: 8 hours per shift, Days shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy assistant license; 1+ years of orthopedic experience (2+ preferred); experience with Gross Motor Assessment; ability to see 50-55 visits per week; familiarity with orthopedic conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Post-Operative Back Pain, Calf Strain, Disc Herniation, Fractures/Stress Fractures, Generalized Low Back Pain, Headache, Meniscus Tear, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Plantar fasciitis, Postural Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff Non-surgical Intervention, SI Joint Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff Repair-Post Operative Care, Stenosis, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Total Joint Replacement; proficiency in NextGen Case Management.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adults and adolescents; ability to adapt to a business casual dress code; strong assessment skills.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
