Position Part‑Time Sales Lead – The Village of Corte Madera, Corte Madera, CA. Role Overview Fabletics seeks a Part‑Time Sales Lead to lead customer experience and support Sales & Operations in a vibrant omnichannel retail environment. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and a team of associates to deliver a best‑in‑class shopping journey that blends online and in‑store experiences. Responsibilities Embody Fabletics culture and values, providing customers with insight on living their passion. Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook, Omnicart, Member Chat, and other performance expectations. Coordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to improve overall customer experience. Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to create an easy, value‑adding shopping journey. Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement. Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues. Unpack inventory boxes as needed; boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs. Qualifications & Requirements At least one year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort with ambiguity and the initiative to take ownership when opportunities arise. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator, and capable of bringing out the best in others. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Availability Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
