Work Hours Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm (no weekend work) Work Environment Positive, collaborative environment Locally owned company backed by Ace Hardware national brand Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay $23.00 – $33.00 per hour Performance bonuses W‑2 status with flexibility of independent work Mileage reimbursement Free uniforms Responsibilities Perform plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, and painting tasks Use proper equipment and understand which tools are needed for specific jobs Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally Work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain punctuality and professionalism Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers Assess property, recommend additional repairs, and confidently discuss potential work with customers Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold company integrity Qualifications Reliable truck capable of hauling ladder & debris Own most of your own tools Valid driver’s license Pass a background check Strong problem‑solving and independent thinking skills Excellent communication skills Other Eager to exceed customers’ expectations Enjoy being an integral part of a winning team Additional Info We pay competitive wages, offer incentives, and provide opportunities to grow within the company.
