Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their medical histories, pain levels, and mobility challenges.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans leveraging a blend of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modern rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to ensure you can provide focused, attentive care to each individual.
• Utilize cost-effective treatment modalities aimed at improving patients' healing processes while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices into all interventions, continually evaluating the effectiveness of treatment protocols.
• Engage and motivate patients through their healing journey, adapting strategies to encourage persistence and a positive attitude toward recovery.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes using EMR software, particularly Web PT, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create comprehensive care strategies.
• Provide ongoing education and lifestyle counseling to empower patients in their journey toward overall wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our practice is on orthopedic conditions, primarily dealing with patients recovering from sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist, you will be pivotal in helping these individuals regain mobility, strength, and functionality. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, dependent on experience.
