Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, using assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor treatment programs across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring an empathetic and effective therapy experience that contributes to positive patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and support recovery objectives through research-driven practices.
• Educate patients and their caregivers, providing them with the knowledge and tools to manage their treatment plan effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and meet utilization goals, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness in practice.

Qualifications

• An accredited Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.

• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills to manage patient data effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
