What You'll Do: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and established nursing standards. Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate healthcare providers. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Supervise and support nursing assistants in the delivery of resident and patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed. Promote a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for patients and residents. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations and policies.
