Sales Agent - Training Provided

Overview:

Aflac is seeking self-motivated sales professionals to join our team in a field-based insurance sales role as a Sales Agent - Training Provided. In this commission-based role, you'll partner with local businesses, deliver in-person benefit presentations, conduct employee enrollments, and help employers offer supplemental benefits solutions to better support their workforce.

This position requires regular local travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with clients, build relationships, and grow sales and client relationships.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
• Must have access to reliable transportation for local travel to client meetings and enrollments

Role Responsibilities:

• Regularly travel throughout your assigned territory to deliver in-person benefit presentations and enrollment sessions for Aflac workplace insurance plans
• Work directly with local businesses by conducting presentations, enrollments, and client meetings throughout your territory
• Guide employees through the enrollment process, educating them on available benefit options and coverage
• Provide ongoing client support, including claims assistance and customer service
• Participate in team training, mentorship, and development sessions
