BDC Sales Representative

Job Title
Se encarga de cumplir con los objetivos de volumen de citas para ventas, estrategias para generar trfico en los diferentes showrooms y cumple con las estrategias promocionales. Ofrece un servicio de calidad a cada cliente y se asegura de dar seguimiento continuo.
Essential Functions
- Asegurar el manejo de cada llamada inbound.
- Registrar cada llamada recibida o realizada en el CRM.
- Utilizacin del script y (power tracs) en cada llamada para asegurar la excelencia en el servicio al cliente.
- Ejecutar las estrategias para generar volumen de llamadas y trfico.
- Persuadir los clientes en cada llamada para convertirla en una oportunidad.
- Asegurar la justa distribucin de citas por vendedor.
- Mantener comunicacin diariamente con los vendedores para asegurar la asistencia y el registro de cada cliente correctamente.
- Mantener comunicacin diaria con Gerentes, Vendedores y/o Greeters para asegurar la asistencia y el registro de cada cliente correctamente.
- Realizar el 100% de las llamadas de confirmaciones de citas.
- Realizar el 100% de las llamadas de los clientes que no llegaron.
- Realizar el 100% de las llamadas de campaas asignadas.
- Dar seguimiento a cada oportunidad con el fin de crear una relacin a largo plazo.
- Mantener la tica profesional en todo momento y ante cualquier situacin.
- Mantenerse al tanto de promociones y/o especiales en el departamento de ventas y/o servicio.
- Tener un entendimiento slido de los productos de la compaa.
- Monitorear y cumplir diariamente los resultados de las metas, basadas en los indicadores claves de BDC (KPI's).
- Mantener comunicacin directa con el Supervisor de BDC.
- Fomentar la buena comunicacin y trabajo en equipo.
Requirements
- Grado Tcnico o Grado Asociado (preferiblemente) en Mercadeo o Administracin de empresas.
- Experiencia mnima 2 aos en puestos similares.
- Dominio de los idiomas espaol e ingls (gramatical, conversacional, comprensin).
- Dominio de programas y/o aplicaciones de computadora tales como; CDK, MS, Office, Excel, Outlook.
- Excelentes aptitudes de comunicacin interpersonal y de redaccin.
