Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in San Juan. The Sales Associate will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with airline partners, freight forwarders, and logistics customers, promoting the company’s services and solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotes, and following up on leads to achieve revenue targets. The role involves coordinating closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate bookings, timely responses, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will also support reporting and forecasting activities, contribute feedback on market trends, and participate in local sales visits, meetings, and industry events as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline and close opportunities.
• Customer service and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in professional settings.
• Basic understanding of aviation, cargo, logistics, or related industries, or a strong interest in learning these domains.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and comfort working with digital systems and reports.
• Ability to work on-site in San Juan, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
