Service Advisor Position
The Service Advisor is responsible for managing the relationship with customers who require services for their vehicles, providing guidance, solutions, and supervising the repair or maintenance process. Their main function is to ensure that customers receive quality service, efficiently and within established deadlines, always maintaining excellent communication and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
Completed high school in Business Administration, preferably.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
Proficiency in telephone systems and MS Office programs.
Fully bilingual (Spanish - English).
Good presence and professionalism.
Must have a valid Puerto Rico driver's license.
Available to travel outside of Puerto Rico.
Ability to handle solutions.
Ability to work with little supervision.
Knowledge of Tekion or CDK.
