What You'll Do:

• Set the Stage for an Elegant Experience: Ensure tables are meticulously set and symmetrically arranged according to Mori's fine dining service standards.
• Maintain a Pristine Dining Area: Sweep, mop, and keep the dining room spotless, including under tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist Guests with Grace: Greet guests warmly upon arrival or departure and attend to their needs when necessary.
• Maintain Supplies and Tools: Ensure cleaning tools such as brooms, mops, and cloths are clean and ready for use. Refill table and chair cleaners, as well as glass and window cleaners.
• Support the Service Team: Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting them quickly, and filling water glasses to maintain seamless service.
• Ensure Restroom Elegance: Regularly clean restrooms, restock supplies, and ensure they remain in pristine condition for our guests.
• Adapt to Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support the overall operations of the restaurant.

What We're Looking For:

• A Positive, Polished Attitude: Always greet guests and team members with a smile and maintain a respectful, courteous demeanor.
• Attention to Detail: A strong focus on cleanliness and organization to uphold Mori's fine dining standards.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and assist wherever needed to ensure a flawless guest experience.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and address any issues promptly.
• Experience: High school education or equivalent preferred, with at least 3 months of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fine dining setting.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain mobile for up to 5 hours at a time.
• Comfortable with repetitive movements such as bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching.
• Ability to lift up to 33 pounds and push carts or work equipment occasionally.
• Capacity to work indoors in climate-controlled areas and outdoors when needed.
